This page says what we collect and what we do with it. No jargon, no twelve-page policy nobody reads.

When you send an enquiry
We ask for your name, company, work email, phone number, the kind of business you run, and whatever you choose to write in the message. Only the phone number is optional.
We use it to reply, and to work out whether we're a fit. That's all. We don't add you to a mailing list because you filled in a form. If we send you anything other than a reply, it's because you asked.
- Where it goes
- Your enquiry is stored in a private database on Sanity, our content platform, and we get an instant alert in Slack so our team sees it quickly. It doesn't go to any outside CRM or lead-buying service, and we don't pass it to anyone else.
- How long we keep it
- Until you ask us to delete it.
- Who can see it
- The ClicksMedia team. Nobody outside the company.
When you join the newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for your work email address. That's all we ask for.
- Where it goes
- Your email address is stored with Brevo, the email platform we use to send the newsletter. We don't pass it to anyone else.
- What we use it for
- Sending the newsletter — notifications when we publish a new article and an occasional monthly digest covering what's working in real estate, hotels & resorts, and hospitals, drawn from real campaigns and real numbers. Nothing else.
- How to stop
- Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. Use it and you're off the list straight away — you don't need to ask us.
- How long we keep it
- Until you unsubscribe. Brevo holds your email address until you click the unsubscribe link in any email. Once you do, you're off the list and we stop sending.
- Who can see it
- The ClicksMedia team, and Brevo as the platform that sends the emails. Nobody outside that.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from bots, so you don't have to click on pictures of traffic lights. Cloudflare sees your IP address and some basic information about your browser to make that call. It doesn't use that to build an advertising profile of you.
If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation goes through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API and our WhatsApp Business App. Meta handles those messages under its own terms, not ours. We use what you send us there for the same thing as the form — to reply and to work out whether we're a fit.
Analytics and advertising
We use Umami to count page views. We host it ourselves, it doesn't use cookies, and it doesn't store anything that identifies you. That's why this site has no cookie pop-up — there are no cookies to ask you about.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent or share your details.
- We don't pass your enquiry to anyone outside ClicksMedia.
- We don't send marketing email to people who only filled in the contact form, and we only send newsletter emails to people who specifically subscribed to the newsletter.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — info@clicksmedia.in. We'll sort it within 30 days and we won't ask you why.
